Introduction
God, I pray for Your divine interference in my life. I seek deliverance from my enemies, who do not want me to rest. Grant me the strength to conquer my foes, and the guidance to use it. I thank You for gracing this session with Your presence. I stand before You El-Shaddai to request Your protection from evil. Prayer for Deliverance from Pornography Lord, my Shield, deliver me from my addiction to pornography. I know that Your Word tells me that the sexually immoral will not inherit the Kingdom of God and that I should flee from this sin. My God give me the power to avoid looking at these images that cause evil desires and to develop a pure heart of goodness, faith, love, and peace. Help me put to death my sinful nature and to cultivate the righteousness of God in my mind. Amen.
Prayer for Deliverance from Cigarettes O God my Strength, please deliver me from this unhealthy and distasteful smoking habit that is harming not only my own body but creating health issues in my family from the secondhand smoke. Give me the strength and discipline to quit this addiction. Be merciful and ease the withdrawal symptoms and cravings and help me to not be irritable or feel anxious. I know that overeating is a sin against my body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and my binge eating causes numerous health issues and slows me down. Please be sovereign in my life – I don’t want my god to be my belly, but for You to have full dominion. Please guide me in making healthy food choices and having the strength of character to eat moderately. Help me to exercise self-control, which is a fruit of Your Holy Spirit. Amen.
